Queensland Government’s Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (DETSI) is a broad portfolio that encompasses everything from Queensland Parks and Wildlife, to the innovation of bionic human hearts and quantum computing.

Creating a visual identity for the department was all about finding the common ground between these areas, and projecting a positive, cohesive, and contemporary presence to the people of Queensland.

What ultimately binds DETSI, is Queensland’s natural wonders; how we study them, nurture them, and share them with the world. They yield a bright colour palette, smooth motions, and a variety of executions that are as diverse as Queensland itself.
